AutoListing FAQ

What sellers ask before and after relisting their Facebook Marketplace listings with AutoListing. Can’t find your question? Email contact@auth.specimen.website.

What does AutoListing do?

It relists your Facebook Marketplace listings in one click. For each listing you select, it posts a new listing with the same photos, title, price and description, then removes the old one, so the item shows as just listed again.

Is AutoListing free?

You can try it once without an account. With a free account (email sign-in) you get 5 relists every month. For unlimited relisting, it’s $2 a month or $20 a year. One relist = one listing.

Does AutoListing need my Facebook password?

No. It works inside your own Facebook session in Chrome, like you would. Your AutoListing account only uses your email address with a one-time code.

Is relisting the same as renewing?

No. Renewing bumps the same listing and keeps its link and saves. Relisting creates a new listing and deletes the old one. See how to renew a listing and how to relist.

What happens to messages and saves on the old listing?

Conversations you already had stay in Messenger. People who saved the old listing won’t see it in their saved items anymore, so send the new link to interested buyers.

How often should I relist?

Facebook doesn’t publish a limit, but daily reposting looks like spam. About once a week per item is a safe rhythm. More in how often can you relist on Facebook Marketplace.

Can my account get in trouble?

Relisting real items at a reasonable pace is normal seller behavior. Posting the same item many times a day, duplicate listings, or items that break Facebook’s Commerce Policies can get listings hidden or Marketplace access limited, with or without a tool. You’re responsible for following Facebook’s rules.

Does it work on my phone?

No. AutoListing is a Chrome extension for computers. It uses Chrome’s side panel, so you need Chrome 114 or newer.

Which listings can it relist?

Your active “item for sale” listings shown on your Marketplace selling page. You can select all of them or pick individual ones.

It says it can’t find the selling tab. What should I do?

Click Open Marketplace in the side panel and wait for your selling page to load, then try again. If Facebook was slow, reload the page. Make sure you’re logged in to Facebook in the same Chrome profile.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the AutoListing side panel, go to Settings and cancel your plan. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Is AutoListing made by Facebook?

No. AutoListing is an independent tool and isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta or Facebook.
