trustreCAPTCHA FAQ

What people ask about solving reCAPTCHA automatically with trustreCAPTCHA. Can’t find your question? Email contact@auth.specimen.website.

What does trustreCAPTCHA do?

It automatically opens reCAPTCHA challenges and solves the image grids (“select all images with…”) using an AI model that runs in your browser.

Is it free?

You get 5 free solves to try it. Then it’s $2/month for unlimited solves, or $9.99 once for lifetime access. Payments are handled by ExtensionPay with Stripe.

What does “local AI” mean?

The image-recognition models ship with the extension and run in your browser with WebAssembly. Challenge images aren’t sent to an external solving service or to human solvers.

Which CAPTCHAs does it solve?

reCAPTCHA checkbox and image challenges (v2, including enterprise frames). It doesn’t solve hCaptcha, Cloudflare Turnstile or other systems. Invisible reCAPTCHA v3 has no challenge to solve.

Why does reCAPTCHA appear in English?

trustreCAPTCHA asks reCAPTCHA frames to load in English so the instructions match its models. Only the challenge frames are affected, not the sites you visit.

Can I make it slower or less automatic?

Yes. You can turn Auto-Open and Auto-Solve on or off, and set a click delay (between tile clicks) and a solve delay (before it starts).

Does it always succeed?

No solver is perfect. If a challenge fails, reCAPTCHA shows a new one, and you can always finish by hand. Fewer challenges in the first place helps too: see why you keep getting reCAPTCHA.

Is it allowed?

Using it to save time during your own browsing is a personal convenience. Using any solver to mass-create accounts, spam, scalp tickets or scrape sites against their terms is abuse, and sometimes illegal. Respect each site’s rules.

I already paid. How do I restore Pro?

Open the popup, go to your account, and use Log in with email with the email you paid with. Pro status syncs automatically.

Is trustreCAPTCHA made by Google?

No. It’s an independent extension and isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google. reCAPTCHA is a Google service and trademark.
